TERMS OF SERVICE.

1. About this website

Evildeerxx Members provides a Patreon-authenticated directory of private download links. The website does not host the downloadable artwork or comics; those files are stored and delivered by MEGA. Membership subscriptions and payments are handled through Patreon.

2. Adults only — 18+

This website and its linked collections are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. Do not use this service if you are under 18, or if access to this type of material is prohibited where you live.

Signing in through Patreon verifies account and membership information. It does not, by itself, independently verify a person's age.

3. Account access and membership tiers

You must sign in through your own Patreon account to access member-only download links. Access is based on the membership status that Patreon makes available to this website.

• Early Access — $6: links for the $6 collection.
• Extra Early Access — $10: links for the $10 collection.

The two download libraries are intentionally separate within this portal. A regular member is shown only the library assigned to their currently verified tier; $10 access does not automatically display the separate $6 library. The creator's authorized account can administer and preview both.

Tier changes, cancellations, and expiration dates are determined by Patreon's membership information. Changes may not become effective in this portal until Patreon reports the updated entitlement.

4. Billing, cancellations, and refunds

Patreon handles membership purchases, recurring charges, applicable taxes, cancellations, and the payment process under its own terms and policies. This website does not collect payment card details or process subscription charges directly.

For changes to billing or requests related to subscription payments and refunds, review your Patreon membership and contact Patreon or the creator through Patreon's available support channels, as appropriate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Permitted use and intellectual property

Unless the creator expressly grants additional rights, member access and downloaded files are for your personal, noncommercial use. Membership does not transfer copyright or ownership in any artwork, illustration, or comic.

Do not redistribute, reupload, sell, sublicense, publicly share, or publish the private files, private MEGA links, or access credentials without the rights holder's permission. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use another person's account.

6. External websites and availability

Clicking Open in MEGA leaves this website and opens a third-party service. Patreon and MEGA have separate terms and privacy practices. Availability, transfer limits, download performance, and the functionality of their services are outside this site's direct control.

The creator may maintain, reorganize, replace, or remove collections and links, including to address technical problems, rights issues, or service changes. We aim to keep the directory useful, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or permanent availability of every link.

7. Security and misuse

Keep your account and device secure. Do not interfere with the website, automate abusive access, attempt to access another tier or the administration area without authorization, or exploit vulnerabilities. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect members, the creator, or the service, subject to applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes Patreon account information, the essential session cookie, Cloudflare storage, and third-party services used by this website.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service changes or legal requirements evolve. An updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Members will be asked to accept a new version before accessing protected downloads when that version requires renewed agreement. For questions, contact us through privacyevildeerxx@gmail.com.
