1. Who operates this website

Evildeerxx Members is operated by Evildeerxx. The website is an access and link-directory service for adults aged 18 or older. Artwork and comics are hosted on MEGA rather than on this website.

2. Information we receive from Patreon

When you choose to sign in, Patreon supplies information authorized through its OAuth integration. Depending on what Patreon makes available, this may include:

• Your Patreon account ID, display name, and profile image URL.
• Your membership status and the membership tiers associated with this creator's Patreon campaign.
• OAuth access and refresh tokens and their expiration information, which the website needs to verify membership and maintain your session.

We do not ask for your Patreon password. Payments and payment card information are handled by Patreon, not by this website.

3. Why we use this information

• To sign you in and display your Patreon name and profile picture in the account menu.
• To check your current membership before allowing access to a particular download library or redirecting to a MEGA link.
• To restrict administrative features to the creator's authorized account.
• To manage sign-in sessions, help secure the service, and respond to privacy or support requests.

4. Cookies

The essential __Host-ev_session cookie contains a random session identifier, not a Patreon password or the underlying OAuth tokens. It is configured with Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and a seven-day browser expiration.

Temporary sign-in cookies are used to complete the Patreon OAuth flow and expire after approximately ten minutes. Cloudflare may also set its own security or bot-protection cookies, such as __cf_bm.

The website does not currently implement a separate advertising-cookie system in its Worker code.

5. Where information is stored and for how long

The server stores the Patreon OAuth access token, refresh token, and token-expiration information in Cloudflare Workers KV under a random session ID. An administrative session may also contain a form-security token. These records use a seven-day time-to-live from their most recent write; token refreshes can update that period.

Your display name, avatar, and membership information are requested from Patreon when needed to render pages or authorize access; the Worker does not intentionally persist that profile data inside the session record.

If you accept our Terms of Service, we store the accepted terms version and acceptance timestamp in Cloudflare Workers KV, linked to your Patreon user ID. This record is retained for documenting agreement until no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable laws and verified data-rights requests. It is separate from your login session and is not automatically erased when you log out.

Choosing Log out clears the browser session cookie and requests deletion of its KV record. Service-provider logs and backups may be subject to their own retention periods and policies.

6. Third-party services and international processing

• Patreon: authentication, membership verification, and subscription payments.
• Cloudflare: website delivery, security features, and session storage.
• MEGA: external hosting and delivery of downloaded files once you choose to open a link.

Patreon profile images may also be retrieved from Patreon's image-hosting services by your browser. These providers may process information in different countries under their own privacy notices. Following a MEGA link takes you outside this website.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

You can log out at any time and can manage or revoke connected-app access through Patreon when that option is available. Depending on applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD where applicable, you may request information about, access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data controlled by this service, subject to lawful exceptions.

To make a request, contact us using the channel in Section 1. Changes to your Patreon account information or subscriptions must generally be made through Patreon.

8. Adults only

This service is intended only for people aged 18 or older. Patreon sign-in is used to verify membership, not as an independent age-verification system.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this notice as the website, services, or applicable requirements change. Any revised version will appear on this page with its updated date.
